Description
Omega-3 Companion is a highly potent source of Omega 3 essential fatty acids (EFAs), providing 500mg EFAs per softgel in the form of 300mg eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 200mg docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).  These polyunsaturated oils are classified as essential fatty acids because, while they  are very important to maintaining the health and proper function of a number of bodily systems, they cannot be manufactured by the body and must be obtained from food.  EPA has been shown to reduce inflammation and promote a healthy cardiovascular system, while DHA supports a healthy mood and mind.  This product has been shown to be free of contaminants, such as Mercury and PCBs.

  EPA (Eircosapentaenoic acid) 300 mg

Natural fish oil concentrate, gelatin (capsule), glycerin, and water.

Suggested Useage
As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 softgel with each meal or as directed by physician.

This product contains NO yeast, wheat gluten, soy protein, milk/dairy, corn, sodium, starch, artificial coloring, preservatives or flavoring.
