Our new, improved Buffered Magnesium Glycinate® Powder is pure magnesium glycinate from Albion® Labs, Inc. that contains stevia.  The powder can be dissolved in fruit juices so that very little bad taste is still evident.  It can even be dissolved in water with only a slight aftertaste.

Each 1/2 teaspoon (1.5 grams) supplies 997 mg. of magnesium glycinate, which is equivalent to 182 mg. of elemental magnesium.

The use and effectiveness of magnesium supplementation is well-documented.  Magnesium is an essential mineral that is involved in many body functions as well as being a constituent of bones and teeth.  It is essential for elements of cellular metabolism and is an enzyme activator.
