Green Tea Extract Capsules
Green tea is natural dried leaves of the tea plant, Camelia sinensis. (Black tea is oxidized green tea.) This extract is standardized at 50% catechins (polyphenols). The most important catechin is (-) Epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCG), a potent antioxidant.

Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 to 6 capsules, once or twice daily between meals or as advised by your healthcare professional. If digestive irritation occurs, take with meals.
