Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 or 2 capsules daily between meals, or as advised by your health care professional. Stop use and consult your health care professional if allergic reactions occur.

Ginger (Zingiber officinate Roscoe) root contains a volatile oil (including zingiberone, bisabolene, camphene, geranial, linalool, and borneol) and phenylalkylketones (gingerols, shogaols and zingerone). This extract is standardized at 4% volatile oils.
