Suggested Use
Using a shaker cup with lid or mini blender (i.e. Magic Bullet), mix � to 1 teaspoon (1 scoop=2 tsp) into beverage of choice once or twice daily. Or blend into a healthy smoothie. See our recipes below! You can also try mixing 1 tsp. into almond or cashew butter or applesauce. Some parents have had great success mixing it into a little water (a very concentrated solution) and then using a syringe, squirting it to the back of the throat.

The product contains Vitamin K, which interfers with the prescription drugs Coumadin and Warfarin, Do not take this if using either of these drugs.

Do not use if you have phenylkenuria (PKU). If you are pregnant, nursing or taking any prescription medications or have Parkinson's disease consult with a physician before using this product. Use of phenylalanine should be limited to less than 2 grams per day.
